Clinical Supervisor RN Full Time Nights

About the Role

The Clinical Supervisor ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care by supervising competent staff and optimizing resource utilization to meet productivity and financial goals. They collaborate effectively with administrative personnel, physicians, and team members to improve processes across the continuum of care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate staffing, managing patient flow and bed allocation in partnership with the Staffing Office.
• Inspire a shared vision through change leadership.
• Model professional standards, foster a positive work environment, provide mentorship, and recognize staff contributions.
• Hold accountability for staff adherence to policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in staff evaluations.
• Support a culture aligned with organizational values and standards.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN licensure.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Relevant certifications such as BLS, TNCC, ACLS, ENPC, or PALS.

Qualifications

Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and demonstrate strong communication, clinical competence, and leadership skills.
