About the role

The Clinical Supervisor ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care by competent staff. They collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and team members to improve processes and optimize resource utilization to meet productivity and financial goals. The role involves staffing management, patient flow coordination, and bed management in partnership with the Staffing Office. They inspire a shared vision, promote change, and model professional standards through positive leadership, mentorship, and recognition. The supervisor holds staff accountable for responsibilities and compliance with policies and regulations, aligning with organizational values and standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care
• Collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and team members to improve processes and optimize resource utilization
• Manage staffing, patient flow coordination, and bed management in partnership with the Staffing Office
• Inspire a shared vision and promote change through positive leadership, mentorship, and recognition
• Hold staff accountable for responsibilities and compliance with policies and regulations
• Perform duties consistent with the mission and values, supporting team development and quality patient care

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience

Qualifications
