Clinical Supervisor - Full Time Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and oversees nursing care activities, ensuring safe, patient-centered outcomes.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, directs nursing staff, and supports activities aligning with the facility’s mission and goals.
• Supports a collaborative practice environment, demonstrating Service Excellence standards and fostering positive patient experiences.
• Leads nursing team, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivers patient-centered care using evidence-based practices.
• Must pass pre-employment assessments and demonstrate professionalism and teamwork at all times.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN required.
• Minimum of one-year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in physical assessment, cardiovascular anatomy, 12-lead EKG interpretation, and cardiac arrhythmias; stress testing knowledge preferred.
• Current RN license in the state, BLS certification, and other specialty certifications as required.
