Clinical Specialist - Endoscopic Vein Harvesting (EVH)
About the role
Zimmer Biomet is a global medical technology leader focused on enhancing patient mobility. The Venapax Clinical Specialist role supports this mission by educating healthcare providers on the Venapax process for endoscopic vein harvesting.
Responsibilities
- Build successful programs by aligning with key hospital and facility stakeholders, including surgeons, physicians assistants, and other facility staff.
- Educate customers on the Venapax process using didactic, video, and bench-top models.
- Direct synthetic model or cadaveric model training labs and run training sessions with the Sales Force.
- Proctor live cases for new and existing customers and ensure alignment with internal communication and documentation policies (QA).
- Oversee key administration duties, including scheduling based on business and customer needs.
- Promote customer satisfaction through timely responses to inquiries, clear communications, and professional appearances.
- Attend product trade shows and annual trainings.
- Support MedEd events and work with the sales force to drive greater Venapax adoption and cross-sell opportunities.
- Work directly with the sales force to enhance Venapax acumen and achieve growth targets.
Requirements
- Prior experience in endoscopic vessel harvesting is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Neuro, or Biological Science with 6-8 years of field support, engineering, or other customer-facing roles at a medical device company is preferred.
- An equivalent combination of years of experience and education will be considered.
- A proven track record of achieving strong results.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
- Three years of clinical work experience required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer relations skills.
- Ability to work independently without specific direction on daily activities.
Qualifications

Pay
Base salary ranges between $100,000 - 150,000, plus an added bonus incentive.
Schedule
The role involves 80% travel.
