About the role

The Venapax Clinical Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting this mission by educating healthcare professionals on the Venapax process and promoting its adoption.
Responsibilities
- Build successful programs by aligning with key hospital and facility stakeholders, including surgeons, physicians assistants, and other facility staff.
- Educate customers on the Venapax process using didactic, video, and bench-top models.
- Direct synthetic model or cadaveric model training labs and run training sessions with the Sales Force.
- Proctor live cases for new and existing customers and ensure alignment with internal communication and documentation policies.
- Oversee key administration duties, such as determining optimal schedules based on business and customer needs.
- Promote customer satisfaction through timely responses to inquiries, clear communications, and professional appearances.
- Attend product trade shows and annual trainings.
- Support MedEd events and work with the sales force to maximize Venapax, sternal closure, and additional A&E cross-sell opportunities.
- Drive greater Venapax acumen among the sales force to achieve growth targets.
Requirements
- Prior experience in endoscopic vessel harvesting is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Neuro, or Biological Science with 6-8 years of experience in field support, engineering, or other customer-facing roles at a medical device company is preferred.
- An equivalent combination of years of experience and education will be considered.
- A proven track record of achieving strong results is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills are important.
- Three years of clinical work experience are mandatory.
- The ability to work independently without specific direction is a key requirement.
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Neuro, or Biological Science.
- Experience in a medical device company is preferred but not required.
- Equivalent years of experience and education will be considered.

Pay
- Base salary ranges between $100,000 - $150,000, plus an added bonus incentive.
Schedule
