Clinical Quality Coordinator

About the role

Play a key role in clinical research with a short‑term, full‑time position at DelRicht Research’s corporate headquarters in Metairie, LA. The Clinical Quality Coordinator supports the Quality Assurance team with process‑improvement initiatives, training, and trend identification, while maintaining clinical trial data integrity to keep the site audit‑ready at all times.

Responsibilities

• Support the QA team with process‑improvement initiatives, training, and trend identification across the site network’s clinics.
• Maintain clinical trial data integrity to ensure the site is audit‑ready at all times.
• Complete chart reviews to ensure consistency and accuracy across electronic medical record (EMR) platforms.
• Ensure compliance with clinical trial protocols.
• Coordinate, communicate, and collaborate with clinical teams across the site network.
• Detail plans for timely correction of electronic source errors.

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. from any accredited university in any degree.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and other cloud‑based computer systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of healthcare experience; confidence reviewing medical charts, medical terminology, and healthcare operations.

Compensation

Compensation Range: $50,000‑$60,000

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm (full‑time, temporary 4‑6 months; projected 6‑8 weeks with potential extension or conversion to permanent).

On‑site at the Corporate Headquarters in Metairie, Louisiana.
