RN Clinical Quality Coordinator
Vancouver Clinic is hiring an RN Clinical Quality Coordinator to join our Medical Affairs team. In this role, you will support quality management, patient safety, regulatory readiness, and performance improvement activities across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Review medical records
- Investigate clinical events and patient safety concerns
- Track quality indicators
- Prepare reports
- Collaborate with providers and leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and support a culture of patient safety
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required, BSN preferred
- Active unencumbered Washington RN license and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical RN position required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN with quality improvement in a healthcare setting preferred
- Working knowledge of medical/Quality Improvement, patient safety principles, and regulatory compliance
- Previous patient safety/quality improvement experience and/or medical record abstraction, evaluation, and analysis of data from a clinical perspective helpful
- Ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas, including vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender-affirming treatment
Potential for off-site work after successful completion of full-time, on-site training. Off-site work requires living in the local Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR area and having a secure home network with minimum upload (5 Mbps) and download speeds (25 Mbps).
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay
Hiring range: $100,573.00 to $124,668.00 annually, with placement within the range based on relevant experience. Full pay range: $98,601.00 - $147,902.00.

Benefits eligibility begins on the first of the month following one month of employment. Compensation packages and time off programs vary based on factors such as department, position type, primary work state, and FTE.
