About the role
The Clinical Program Supervisor – Regional Mobile Crisis works with the Regional Mobile Crisis management team (Region III of Virginia) to provide for overall management, supervision and program development of the Regional Mobile Crisis community-based team. Ensures Region III Mobile Crisis Team meets productivity, budget, accreditation, and licensure requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains working relationships with individuals served, family members and/or care-givers, other NRVCS programs, and other agencies working with Regional Mobile Crisis services.
- Provides direct services to individuals served.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited university with at least a master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.
- Three years of supervised experience providing clinical services, preferably in a community mental health/substance abuse setting, with crisis experience is preferred.
- At least one year experience providing clinical supervision is preferred.
- State of Virginia clinical behavioral health related professional licensure preferred.
- Ability to register as License eligible is required.
Qualifications
- Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
