Mobile Crisis Team - Program Coordinator

About the role

Cascade Community Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Manager for their Mobile Crisis Team. The team provides compassionate and encouraging counseling to clients aiming for positive life changes.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage day-to-day operations
• Support case management by maintaining accurate records
• Provide on-call support during off-hours
• Participate in staff recruitment and training
• Maintain program compliance and complete clinical documentation
• Facilitate communication between managers and staff
• Represent the agency in coordinating services with other community providers
• Provide crisis services within the scope of credential
• Ensure records and documentation are maintained according to agency policies
• Participate in supervision, consultation, and training

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling or the social sciences
• Washington State Department of Health Certified Agency Affiliated Counselor (CAAC) Credential
• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Experience working on a crisis team preferred
• Pass WA State Patrol background check
• Must be able to obtain clearance to the Lewis County Jail
• Complete all program required trainings within mandated timelines
• Comply with agency policies and procedures
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
• Able to operate a motor vehicle
• Able to gain access to all types of buildings and residences
• Maintain current phone number and mailing address on file with HR

Qualifications

• Must be at least a 0.75 FTE (30 hours/week) to be eligible for medical benefits
• Must be at least a 0.5 FTE (20 hours per week) to be eligible for all other benefits

Pay

$29.50 - $32.57 / Hour, DOE

Schedule

Shifts available include nights, weekends, and holidays. Primary schedule is swing shift with a weekend day. Flexible schedule may be required due to 24/7/365 operation. Mandatory overtime may be required.
