About the role
The Clinical Program Supervisor – REACH Team Lead supports the REACH management team in managing, supervising, and developing a community-based team. They ensure the REACH Team meets productivity, budget, accreditation, and licensure requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct services to individuals served.
- Maintains working relationships with individuals served, family members, and/or caregivers, other NRVCS programs, and other agencies working with REACH services.
- Ensures the REACH Team meets productivity, budget, accreditation, and licensure requirements.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least a bachelor’s degree in a Virginia DMAS approved human services field.
- Current enrollment in a clinical licensure track master’s program.
- At least 5 years of experience working directly with individuals with DD/MH diagnoses.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- State of Virginia clinical behavioral health related professional licensure preferred.
- Ability to register as License eligible is required.
