About the role
The Clinical Program Supervisor - Mobile Crisis Intervention Team is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Mobile Crisis Intervention Team (MCIT), ensuring that all services provided meet the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the MCIT team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the MCIT.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Provide clinical supervision to team members, offering guidance and support.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular assessments of the MCIT’s effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in mental health or crisis intervention.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent license.
- Experience supervising teams and managing staff.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention and mental health best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
