About the program
Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT)
Our Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) rapidly responds 24/7 to requests for crisis interventions in the community. Referral sources include health care providers, family members, self-referral, police and other community members.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides case consultation, direction and leadership within the team.
- Ensures clients receive services that are focused on presenting problems and clients’ request for treatment.
- Directs crisis intervention efforts and intervenes as required.
- Makes sure client meetings, admissions, continued stays, and discharges meet criteria.
- Reviews caseloads regularly to ensure appropriate use of services.
- Hires, trains, and manages staff within the program.
- Facilitates team meetings.
- Attends and participates in internal and external meetings as needed by the program and agency.
- Ensures client, program, and agency documentation and reports are completed in a timely manner and according to program, agency, funder, and accreditation/licensing standards.
- Monitors vehicle maintenance if applicable.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or higher in mental health related field required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a clinician. Clinical supervisory experience preferred.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist required. For OTP programs only, LADC can be substituted for LCSW, LMFT, LPC or Licensed Psychologist.
- Training: Experience in related program service preferred.

$64,326.15/minimum, and up commensurate upon experience
