Clinical Practice Manager - Medical 3 & 4
About the role
Collaborate with Director, Clinical Director, Physicians and clinical staff to manage, assess and enhance the provision of patient care services within the Medical Unit on a 24/7 basis to meet continuous quality improvement, customer service, programmatic growth and financial requirements supporting the mission of Seattle Children's Hospital.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and monitor staffing plans, scheduling and staff development to meet current and anticipated needs and to maintain compliance with patient safety and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Required Education And Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- A Master’s degree in Nursing may be substituted provided the incumbent also possesses a Bachelor’s degree in another field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
Qualifications
Required Credentials:
- Current Washington State RN license.
- National certification in a clinical specialty area must be obtained within three years of employment.
- Current BLS for Healthcare providers.
Skills
Preferred Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN).
Benefits
Compensation Range: $129,992.00 - $194,988.00 per year
Salary Information: This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
