Clinical Practice Manager
About the role
The Clinical Practice Manager at CVMC is responsible for managing operations and clinical practice, including clinical nursing practice, staff recruitment and retention, supply chain and budget, financial management, staffing, employee performance evaluation, quality improvement, Lean initiatives, staff education, internal and external regulatory and survey requirements. They collaborate with multiple professionals to support and coordinate the provision / management of patient centered care.
This position also works closely with the Medical Director and staff to ensure the practice maintains the highest standards of patient care and is responsive to the needs of the patient and family as well as the organization. The Clinical Practice Manager is responsible for the physical practice location 24/7.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an approved Professional Nursing Education Program
- Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont is required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration or equivalent experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Three to five years of medical office nursing experience required
- Leadership experience required
