Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (business or healthcare-related preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years experience managing operations in a cash-pay medical/aesthetic, plastic surgery, med spa, or dermatology practice
- Proven track record in sales team management; must be metrics- and performance-driven
- Strong HR administration and compliance background
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams
- Resourceful, driven, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Qualifications
- Preferred: Experience in high-ticket, elective/cosmetic medical sales operations
- Familiarity with EMR, CRM, and tech-forward practice settings
Pay
Annual Salary
$120,000 - $150,000 USD
