About the role
The Opportunity As a Clinical Practice Manager at our Littleton, New Hampshire urgent care clinic, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring day-to-day operational efficiency while contributing to the clinic’s long-term strategic goals within ConvenientMD.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Efficiently manage and lead the scheduling operations for the clinic, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and staff to meet patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to maintain a high standard of patient service.
- Enforce clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Place and manage orders for medical supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Coordinate with the finance department to track expenses related to supplies and ensure adherence to the budget.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and operational workflows across two clinic locations.
- Monitor performance metrics at each site, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and implement solutions to ensure both clinics operate smoothly and consistently.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and engage clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to enhance staff development.
- Foster teamwork and effective communication among all clinic team members.
- Collaborate with the Regional Leadership team (Director of Operations & Medical Director) to contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement strategies to enhance the clinic's market presence and community engagement.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation criteria.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Partner with your District Director along with corporate resources to ensure effective communication and goal alignment.
Requirements
- A strong background in healthcare administration, financial management, and team leadership.
- A current active clinical license as an RN, LPN, Medical Assistant, or EMT-B/Paramedic.
Qualifications
- Degree in health management, health administration, nursing, business administration, or related field.
- Experience with When to Work, Clockwise, ADP, and Envi.
Skills
- Exceptional people manager and team leader.
- Driven and self-motivated.
- Effective communicator (written and verbal) and cross collaborator.
- Knowledge of healthcare or adjacent industry.
- Technically savvy.

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Work in clinic Monday through Friday with a rotating on-call for weekends and flexibility to support the opening and closing of clinic regularly.
