Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Graduate of accredited College of Pharmacy
• Minimum Experience: Hospital Internship Rotation
• PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Hospital experience
• Required Certifications/Licenses: Possession of current Texas State Board of Pharmacy License
• PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: IV Admixture Certification
