Clinical Operations Manager (Must Have RN License)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily healthcare services and supervise medical staff in collaboration with the Health Services Administrator.
• Conduct sick calls and respond to emergency situations throughout the facility.
• Collaborate with custody staff to schedule daily activities ensuring access to care.
• Manage nursing shift schedules, supervise on-duty RNs/LVNs, and oversee supply inventory and ordering.
• Perform quality assurance audits and participate in training, onboarding, and performance evaluations of staff.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited school of nursing.
• Three (3) years of nursing experience.
• One year of supervisory or administrative experience in the nursing field.
• Previous correctional/detention facility experience preferred.
• Current (and must maintain) nursing license in state of practice.
• Current (and must maintain) lifesaving BLS certification through AHACCH.
• ACHP certification preferred.
