Clinical Nurse Supervisor - Stepdown Unit

The Clinical Nursing Supervisor (RN) oversees operations in an acute care unit, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Key duties include leading daily nursing activities, supervising staff, managing staffing, workflow, and resources, and ensuring regulatory compliance. They collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, drive quality improvement, and serve as the unit leader in the absence of department management. They also provide direct patient care within RN scope as needed. Qualifications include a valid RN license, a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred), BLS and ACLS certification, and at least 2 years of clinical experience, with supervisory experience preferred. Preferred Certifications Include CCRN And NRP. Skills required are leadership, collaboration, regulatory knowledge, and clinical expertise.
