Clinical Nurse (RN or LPN) Manager

About the role

Crouse Medical Practice is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and activities of an outpatient office. This position reflects the mission, vision and values of the practice both internally and throughout the community.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day clinical and office workflows and operations
• Supervises and manages the clinical and office staff for the designated clinic
• Assists with monitoring of OSHA Requirements for all CMP Practices
• Assists with monitoring of Point of Care Testing for all CMP Practices
• Works with Practice Managers/Clinical Managers to develop and maintain onboarding, training and skills checks for all clinical staff
• Works with Practice Managers/Clinical Managers/Providers to address/create plans for new clinical services (establish procedures, ensure training, skills checks)
• Active member of the CMP Policy and Procedure Committee

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with Current NY Licensure (Required)
• Registered Nurse with Current NY Licensure (Preferred)
• 5 or more years of leadership experience
• Excellent Organizational/Communication Skills

Pay

$79,040.00 - $95,000.00

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
