Clinical Nurse Manager (RN)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care for ESRD patients, including lab tracking, vitals, and treatment planning
• Supervise and support nursing and patient care staff
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
• Provide direct patient care as needed
• Foster a supportive, collaborative team culture
• Partner strategically with the Medical Director to foster a collaborative clinical environment focused on driving high-quality patient outcomes
• Own accountability for monitoring, analyzing, and elevating key clinical quality metrics to maximize the overall standard of patient care

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Current RN license (in good standing)
• Minimum 12 months clinical RN experience
• At least 6 months dialysis experience required
• CPR certification
• CNN/CDN certification preferred
• Supervisory experience a plus (or willingness to lead)
