We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to oversee daily operations of nursing and telemetry teams in a 35‑bed Long‑Term Acute Care facility.
Responsibilities
- Supervising patient care staff to ensure safety, quality outcomes, and a positive patient/family experience.
- Interviewing, hiring, developing, and retaining staff to build a reliable team.
- Promoting effective communication and interpersonal skills to meet hospital goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Registered Nursing License.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification within six months of employment.
- At least 2 years of support leadership RN experience; supervisory experience preferred.
