Clinical Nurse Manager (RN)

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Registered Nurse Manager (RN) for our Meadville, PA Adult Nursing/Pediatric Home Care office. This role blends direct client care in the home with leadership of clinical staff, ensuring our clients and families receive compassionate, excellent, and reliable home health care.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Visit Adult/Pediatric clients in Meadville, PA and surrounding areas to conduct assessments.
• Develop and oversee execution of individualized care plans.
• Supervise clinical staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and conduct competencies for new and tenured staff.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license with 2+ years of hands-on experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Trach/vent experience preferred.
