About the role

This position involves providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, while adhering to nursing standards. Responsibilities

• Promote healing environment and educate patients/families on care and medication management.
• Participate in safety, quality, and compliance activities, and ongoing professional growth.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring effective communication across care teams.
• Assess patient needs holistically, including emotional, spiritual, and cultural factors.

Qualifications and Skills

• Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred.
• No prior experience required; 2+ years' experience and supervisory experience are preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to professional development and patient safety.
