Part Time Night Clinical Nurse

About the role

Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on managing illness, and ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Develops and documents individualized care plans collaboratively, considering patient preferences, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional aspects of patient health.

Responsibilities

• Fosters a healing environment through patient and family education on illness management and post-treatment care.
• Participates in safety, quality improvement, and professional development activities.
• Communicates and implements care plans across care teams, ensuring continuity and clarity.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree and RN license; no experience required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
• Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices.
