About the Role

Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration.
• Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with collaborative input, ensuring communication across care teams.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
• Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience: No experience required; 2 years preferred for certain roles.
• Licenses & Certifications: Current RN license.
