Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within nursing care standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use. Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural backgrounds. Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development.
