Part-Time Clinical Nurse (Nights)

About the Role

Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring clear communication across care settings.

Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations. Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Active RN licensure
• Diploma or associate degree in nursing
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
• Less than two years of experience preferred

Works in a safety-sensitive environment, requiring a high level of alertness and safety awareness.
