Clinical Nurse Operating Room

About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Nurse for the Operating Room. Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Promote patient and family-centered care, education, and safety compliance.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values and barriers.
• Maintain safety and quality standards, with a focus on regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Active RN license required.
• High school diploma or associate degree in nursing; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• No prior experience necessary; less than two years preferred for higher education levels.
