About the Role
This position offers 4/10 hour shifts with the option to move to 3/12's after orientation. Shift starts at 6:30 AM. Includes 4-5 weekday call shifts and 1 to 2 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule, plus 1 holiday per year. Orientation lasts 6-7 months, covering ortho, spine, neuro, ENT cases, spinal fusions, tumor resections, liver and kidney transplants. Nurses will learn to circulate and scrub. Responsibilities
- Promotes patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.
- Educates patients and families on managing illness or injury, including post-treatment home care and medication administration.
- Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

- Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, patient, and family, following established guidelines and standards.
