Clinical Nurse Manager - Medical Telemetry - Days

Seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager, General Medical Telemetry to oversee daily operations, patient outcomes, and staff development in a hospital setting. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting a therapeutic environment.Leading quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices.Fostering a positive, resilient work environment and developing team members' critical thinking skills.Managing relationships with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families to enhance safety and care quality.Overseeing professional practice, performance, and fiscal management of the clinical unit. Qualifications and skills required: Current nursing licensure in the state of IL.Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master’s preferred.BLS/CPR certification; national certification in Medical Surgical or related specialty is a plus.Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with management experience preferred.Strong communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills, with preferred experience in Medical Surgical and Neurology.
