Clinical Nurse Manager - Medical Surgical Telemetry - Days

Position: Clinical Nurse Manager, Cardiovascular Medical Surgical Telemetry Responsibilities Oversee 24/7 nursing practice, daily operations, performance improvement, and fiscal management for the clinical unit.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote a therapeutic environment that encourages multidisciplinary engagement.Build strong partnerships with peers to enhance patient, family, and staff loyalty.Lead quality initiatives using evidence-based practices and promote safety and high-quality patient outcomes.Foster critical thinking, professional development, and a resilient work environment through innovative practices and change management. Qualifications & Skills Current nursing licensure in IL.Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s preferred.BLS/CPR certification required; national certification in Medical Surgical or relevant specialty preferred.Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience, with management experience preferred.Experience in acute care, strong relationship management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
