Clinical Nurse Manager - Medical Telemetry - Days

We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for the General Medical Telemetry unit. Responsibilities Include Oversight of professional nursing practice, staff development, performance improvement, daily operations, and fiscal management.Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering a therapeutic environment promoting team engagement.Building strong partnerships with colleagues to enhance patient, family, and staff satisfaction.Leading quality initiatives using research and evidence-based practices to improve safety and patient outcomes.Supporting the development of critical thinking and creating a resilient, healthy work environment. Qualifications And Skills Required Current RN license in Illinois.Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s preferred.BLS/CPR certification; national certification in Medical Surgical or related specialty is a plus.Minimum of 3 years’ relevant clinical experience; management experience preferred.Experience in acute care, medical-surgical, or neurology units preferred.Strong relationship management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
