Clinical Nurse Manager - Medical Telemetry - Days

Role: Clinical Nurse Manager, General Medical Telemetry Responsibilities: Oversee 24/7 nursing practice, operations, performance improvement, and fiscal management for the clinical unit. Ensure regulatory compliance, foster a therapeutic environment, build partnerships with staff and multidisciplinary teams, promote safety and high-quality patient outcomes, lead quality initiatives using evidence-based practices, develop critical thinking skills, and maintain a supportive work environment. Qualifications: IL nursing license, Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred), BLS/CPR certification (national certification preferred), minimum of 3 years’ relevant clinical experience, management experience preferred. Skills include relationship management, communication, conflict resolution, and experience in acute care inpatient Medical Surgical and Neurology settings.
