Position: Clinical Nurse Manager, General Medical Telemetry Responsibilities include: overseeing 24/7 nursing practice, performance improvement, daily operations, and fiscal management of the assigned unit. Ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering a therapeutic environment, and building strong partnerships with staff, patients, families, and physicians. Leading quality initiatives using evidence-based practices, promoting safety and high-quality patient experiences, and developing critical thinking and resilience among staff. Driving innovation and change to advance clinical practice and creating a supportive work environment. Qualifications And Skills Current Illinois nursing licenseBachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)BLS/CPR certification; national certification preferredMinimum of 3 years’ clinical experience; management experience preferredExperience in Medical Surgical and Neurology settings preferredExcellent relationship management, communication, and conflict resolution skills Key Duties: managing clinical operations, ensuring safety and quality, leading staff development, and promoting a positive, resilient work culture.
