About the role
This clinical nurse position involves providing direct patient care on an 18-bed Med/Surg unit. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care within established standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Nurses will develop and document individualized care plans, communicate effectively across the care continuum, and assess physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and population-specific needs of patients.

Qualifications
