Clinical Manager - Cath Lab - FT - Days - $20K Sign on Bonus - MHW

About the role

Manages the daily operations of the assigned department, unit, or function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives. May provide direct care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management.
• Schedules, recruits, pays and engages students.
• Assesses the quality of patient care delivered.
• Provides patient and family centered care.
• Manages complaints and conflicts through to resolution.
• Develops specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives.
• Ensures regulatory compliance.
• Identifies, determines and needs for systems, equipment and supplies.
• Maintains equipment and ensures adequate supplies.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care.
• Marks patient condition as appropriate.
• Monitors, documents and communicates patient condition as appropriate.

  Requirements

  • Two (2) years nursing experience required.
  • Accredited Program: Nursing (Required).
  • ACLS American Heart E-Card (ACLS AHA ECARD) - American Heart Association (AMERICAN HEART).
  • ACLS American Heart RQI E-Card (ACLS AHA-RQI ECARD) - American Heart Association (AMERICAN HEART).
