Clinical Director | LMFT, LCSW, Clinical Psychologist
About the role
The Clinical Director directs and coordinates the rehabilitation program. The Clinical Director ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and the timely completion of respective reporting requirements. They will ensure all clients receive the full spectrum of mental health services during their length of stay and treatment based on objectives as identified in their treatment plan. The Clinical Director will provide in-service training as needed and supervise program staff.
Responsibilities

- Ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and the timely completion of respective reporting requirements.
- Ensures all clients receive the full spectrum of mental health services during their length of stay and treatment based on objectives as identified in their treatment plan.
- Provides in-service training as needed and supervises program staff.
Qualifications
- Current California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist.
- Two years’ experience or training in a mental health setting; one year shall include experience or training in program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities.

Pay
The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. Pay Range: $124,800 USD - $144,684.80 USD
