Telecare is seeking an experienced licensed behavioral health leader to serve as the Clinical Director of Steve Wilson Recovery Center in Gresham, Oregon. This is an opportunity for a clinician who enjoys mentoring staff, improving quality of care, partnering with community providers, and helping individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders achieve recovery. This is a 100% in-person leadership position located in Gresham, Oregon. The role is not remote or hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the clinical leader for the program alongside the Administrator
- Supervise, coach, and develop clinical staff
- Ensure high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services
- Maintain documentation, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Lead clinical quality improvement initiatives
- Support recovery-oriented programming and trauma-informed care
- Collaborate with hospitals, referral sources, county partners, and community agencies
- Conduct chart audits and ensure documentation meets state and county requirements
- Participate in incident review, risk management, and performance improvement activities
- Foster a recovery-focused culture centered on dignity, respect, and outcomes
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Current Oregon State licensure that is valid, current, and in good standing: LCSW, LPC, LMFT
- Minimum one (1) year of behavioral health leadership or supervisory experience
- Minimum two (2) years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting
- Experience serving individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders
- Experience collaborating with families, community partners, and multidisciplinary treatment teams
Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year of behavioral health leadership or supervisory experience
- Minimum two (2) years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting
- Experience serving individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders
- Experience collaborating with families, community partners, and multidisciplinary treatment teams

Pay
Realistic Hiring Range: $103,460 - $112,000 annually
Salary Range from Min to Mid: $103,460 - $127,815 annually
Starting compensation is based on licensure, leadership experience, and directly related clinical experience.
Schedule
Full-Time | Salaried
Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Leadership flexibility is needed for occasional evening or weekend responsibilities.
Participation in a scheduled leadership on-call rotation is required.
