About the role
The Clinical Director provides leadership, coordination, and clinical supervision to multidisciplinary teams and/or programs under direct supervision of the Administrator. They assist the Administrator with quality improvement duties and participate in a structured on-call rotation.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master's or higher degree in Social Services
- Current licensure/registration in the state of program operation (except for out-of-state applicants with existing licensure in good standing) as LCSW, LMFT, LMFT, Ph.D./Psy.D.
- One (1) year in leadership role in an inpatient setting and experience in a locked setting is preferred
- Three years of postgraduate direct clinical experience in a mental health setting
- Sensitivity to multi-cultural populations and issues
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment
- Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc.

Benefits
Telecare offers a competitive starting wage range of $136,131.84 - $168,177.86 for this role, which is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. The role is onsite and includes a structured on-call rotation.

Schedule
Shifts Available: Full-Time: Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm plus some on call.
