Outpatient Clinical Director (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)- Mental Health 355

About the role

The Justice Involved Mental Health FSP serves adults with serious mental illness and histories of criminal justice involvement. This outpatient, ACT treatment model includes wrap-around services and supports with 80% of services provided in the community. Our JIMH FSP supports clients in meeting basic needs (e.g., food, clothing, shelter) and obtaining benefits. We also work to educate and support them as they navigate additional community resources that increase their self-sufficiency, minimizing the possibility that they may turn to criminal acts to get these needs met.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, coordination, and clinical supervision to multidisciplinary team(s) and/or program(s).
• Aids the Administrator with quality improvement duties.
• Participates in a structured on-call rotation, remaining accessible and prepared to respond to work-related needs within a designated timeframe.
• Maintains active monitoring of communications (e.g., phone, email) and responds in accordance with operational protocols while on-call.

Requirements

• Masters or higher degree in Social Services and current licensure/registration in California with existing licensure in good standing as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC.
• One (1) year in leadership role in an outpatient setting.
• Two (2) years post-graduate direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Experience working with mental health and substance use consumers, families and advisory boards.
• Sensitivity to multi-cultural populations and issues.
• At least 18 years of age.
• CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment.

Qualifications

• Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate).

Pay

Expected starting wage range is $101,329.77 - $124,177.97. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Schedule

Shifts Available: Full-Time: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
