Outpatient Mental Health Therapist - LPC LCSW LMFT

About the role

Ellie Mental Health is seeking outpatient mental health therapists for a full-time, hybrid position. Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans
• Maintain updated documentation using company platforms and EHR
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
• Care coordination for assigned clients to ensure continuity of care
• Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach

Requirements

• A master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution
• Clinical licensure in the state of Connecticut (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) in good standing
• Experience with completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• General knowledge of community resources and insurance billing
• Comfort with and/or willingness to learn and engage in the client collections process
• General knowledge of Apple products, EHR, Telehealth, and other software platforms
• Pass a background check
