About the Campus

Recognized as the happiest place in the country, San Luis Obispo will be the home of our new Healing Center serving the county through our Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF). This new addition to the Crestwood Family will be a 16-bed campus situated in the beautiful and historic city of SLO. We are honored and excited to be supporting and developing our relationships with the community.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the rehabilitation program.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and the timely completion of respective reporting requirements.
• Ensure all clients receive the full spectrum of mental health services during their length of stay and treatment based on objectives as identified in their treatment plan.
• Provide in-service training as needed and supervise program staff.

Requirements

• Current California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist.
• Two years’ experience or training in a mental health setting; one year shall include experience or training in program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities.

Pay

The salary range listed represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range: $45 USD - $65 USD
