Responsibilities
- Managing daily OR operations
- Facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration
- Supporting staff development through hiring, performance evaluation, and staff education
- Assessing patient acuity, adjusting staffing levels, and ensuring adequate supplies and equipment
- Participating in performance improvement initiatives
- Evaluating resource effectiveness
- Serving as a clinical consultant
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 2+ years of acute care experience
- Leadership skills
