Clinical Assessor - Maryland BCBA

About the role

The Clinical Assessor is responsible for providing clinical assessments to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field, and a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardized tools and techniques
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to families and caregivers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Experience with data collection and analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
