BCBA - Clinical Assessor

About the role

The Clinical Staff – Georgia BCBA position is designed for individuals who have earned a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. This role involves providing clinical assessments and behavioral interventions to clients in various locations across Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Provide direct behavioral intervention services to clients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure client-centered care
• Document all clinical activities and progress in client records

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience in conducting clinical assessments and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis
