About the role
The Clinical Staff – Georgia BCBA position is designed for individuals who have earned a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. This role involves providing clinical assessments and behavioral interventions to clients in various locations across Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Provide direct behavioral intervention services to clients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure client-centered care
- Document all clinical activities and progress in client records
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience in conducting clinical assessments and implementing behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
