About the role
The role of BCBA at our clinic involves conducting assessments to determine eligibility for Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy services. You will work closely with families and therapists to develop individualized treatment plans that promote positive behavior change.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardized tools and techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of ABA therapy
- Collaborate with families and therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to therapists in the implementation of treatment plans
- Document assessment findings and progress notes in a timely manner
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field from an accredited institution
- Valid license as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience in ABA therapy and behavior analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay
- Salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 annually
