BCBA - Clinical Assessor

About the role

The role of a BCBA at our clinic involves providing clinical assessments to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. You will work closely with clients and their families to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardized tools and techniques to evaluate client’s behavior and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to clients and their caregivers to ensure successful implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide input and recommendations for treatment planning.
• Keep abreast of the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA).

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Experience in conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
