About the role
The Clinical Assessor is responsible for providing clinical assessments to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field, and a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardized tools and techniques
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to clients and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Stay updated on best practices and research in behavior analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Experience with data collection and analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
