Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients for satisfaction and retention
- Serve as the primary clinical contact for assigned accounts, conducting regular performance reviews
- Implement and support clinical programs tailored to client needs, ensuring seamless integration
- Analyze clinical data to identify trends and report on performance and cost savings
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement clinical strategies, keeping them informed of industry trends and innovations
Qualifications
- PharmD with 3+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 year of Subject Matter Expert experience in relevant areas
- Current, valid Pharmacist License in any state, without restrictions
- Knowledge of PBM operations, drug formulary systems, and healthcare regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

$108,515 – $196,412 annually
